The year 1982, and this beautiful couple Nick Ashford & and his wife Valerie Simpson produced a stunning album Street Opera. I loved every piece of this masterful, artistic creation. It spoke of heartache but shouted Love…if you had not heard it before, I urge you to listen to it now, and if you have heard it before listen anyway (smile).
I am certainly not in the same league as either one of these great Artists. May you R.I.L. Nick. I did tell myself that one day I would try and compose something that expressed my love for a person if I were to ever find them. Well I found her, or rather God directed me towards her, and it has been rather easy to compose pieces about and to her. In the next blog piece, I will introduce you to my version of Street Opera called Loving you the Wright Way
